Another surprise that I wanted to break the rules on for a second. I want to recognize the following artist and victim: by doing a surprise target of his beautiful OC Xiulian Mei.

is an amazing artist both in the traditional and digital realms and has been doing gifts as reward for inspirations gained from fellow artists he follows. He drew inspiration from our very own Litith with the following deviations that you guys should check out:
